Covent Garden

 So for my best friend's and her twins 21st birthday we had a little trip to London, here are a few pics of the places we went to. Highly recommend these places. 

The Real Greek: Just around the corner from Covent Garden tube station, i had a lunch time menu for £8.95 Almost like tapas. 

London Cocktail Club: 2 cocktails for £10! although remember to sign up to be a member before you go there. Members are allowed to bring 3 guest in for £1 each, it is totally worth it. The cocktails are insanely creative.

Avocado/ Guacamole making, mmm

Ingredients 

4x Avocados 

1x Tomatoes (chopped)

1x Red Onion (chopped)

Salt & Pepper (to own taste)

1/2 Lemon Squeeze

Hot Franks Original hot sauce

Mix all these ingredients together and walahh. It goes so well with a piece of toast or use as a dip for Tortilla chips!

Avocado x Feta Toast

I am not really the breakfast type but i've started to have Avocado everyday for breakfast, a simple recipe and healthy to add onto your toast in the mornings.

Ingredients

> Mash 1 avocado

> Crumbled feta cheese into avocado, mix

> Add salt and pepper

> Squeeze of lemon

> Spread onto brown bread toast

I also add toppings such as hot franks sauce for extra flavour and plum tomatoes.

Pornstar Martini Cocktails with a shot of Prosecco at Zebrano, Soho on Monday. Only as i went to pay did i realise it was happy hour 50% off cocktails. The atmosphere is really relaxed and the drinks are delicious.

The Diner UK X Pancake Day

So i follow the @thedinneruk on Instagram and American food restaurant and saw them uploading not your average pancakes, so i decided to check it out with my friend in Soho. As you can see me and my friend shared the Oreo Cookie and Red velvet pancakes (to die for). They tasted amazing so filling that i we couldn't eat them all after wolfing down chilly cheese fries before. Luckily they take away! They also do Jaffa cake and Reece's pieces pancakes until the 22nd of Feb, definitely worth a visit. 

(Extremely busy restaurant so i recommend booking a table, even if it's just for pancakes)
