I am not really the breakfast type but i've started to have Avocado everyday for breakfast, a simple recipe and healthy to add onto your toast in the mornings.
Ingredients
> Mash 1 avocado
> Crumbled feta cheese into avocado, mix
> Add salt and pepper
> Squeeze of lemon
> Spread onto brown bread toast
I also add toppings such as hot franks sauce for extra flavour and plum tomatoes.
